It would be my honor to be part of your special day and make sure you look and feel your absolute best!

Important Booking Details

A $100 deposit is required to secure your date.
Remaining balance is due a week before the wedding.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Deposit: The $100 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Client Cancellation: If the client cancels more than 60 days before the wedding date, no further payment is required.
If the client cancels within 60 days of the wedding date, 50% of the total balance is due.
If the client cancels within 30 days of the wedding date, the full balance is due.

Rescheduling: If the client wishes to reschedule, the deposit may be transferred to a new date (subject to my availability).
A new contract will be required.

Artist Cancellation: In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil the booking, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made, and I will do my best to help arrange an alternative artist.

Travel
Travel fee: $1 per mile (round trip)
Example: 83 miles each way = $166

If the location requires more than 1 hour 30 minutes of driving, overnight hotel accommodation must be provided for the night before.

Additional Artist
For parties of more than 6 people, a second artist may be required.

Second artist fee: $100 (plus same travel rate).
You are also welcome to provide your own second artist if you prefer.
